APPLICATION TECHNIQUE
The surface should be cleaned for any dust, dirt, grease, oil and all other matters and also completely dry so that there is no water or wetness on the surface. The marking with hot thermoplastic compound is done by machines either by using screed or extrusion process of application on straight reaches, center and edge marking for achieving proper accuracy, required thickness and width of marking work
- Warranty :
Warranty would be provided for a period of 24 months depending upon traffic and road conditions.
- Night Reflectivity :
Intial 200-Mcds/Cu.mtr/ Lx and 80-100 retained for 2 years
- Expected Life Time :
1.5 to 2.5 years.
- Preparation :
Thermoplastic Material should be melted in a Pre-heater filled with the mechanical stirrer to give a smooth 0 homogeneity to the material and to avoid over heating The material should be heated up to 200 c temperature to melt material homogeneously.
